RESERVATION BY FILLING THE FORM
Booking Process
1.- Make
your request filling in our Reservation Form.
2.- The
Hotel will provide you with availability and total cost, as soon as possible
3.- After
accepting our proposal, we will confirm your reservation with all details
concerning payment terms
4.- The
total cost will be paid directly to the hotel, except for reservations with
Early Booking Discounts.
5.- 
The Hotel requires your credit card
details as a guarantee of your reservation.
During Peak
Season, we require a deposit in advance. The balance to be paid at the Hotel
Important:
The availability and cost offered when receiving your request may vary the
moment you decide to confirm. Please check all details with the Hotel before
confirmation.
The Rate includes
1.- All the
room rates are always per room & night and include the mealplan chosen and
7% V.A.T
2.- Drinks
with meals are not included

Famlily with Lounge Room has the same cost for 1, 2 or 3 people

regardless of third person age )

time is 14:00 ( except for Semi-Detached Houses, check-in time: 16:00 )
Early
check-in subject to availability.

time: 12.00.

Booking Modification &
Cancellation Policy
There are
no fees for booking modifications. However, all arrangements must be confirmed
first by the Hotel, according to availability.
No Cancellation Fees with 100% refund of disposit transferred ( except
for Early Booking Discount Reservations )
1.- For cancellations made 2 working days before the arrival date
2.- For cancellations ” by Force
Majeur “
If you cancel later than the requested deadline or do not show up the
hotel will charge you with the cost of one night stay
Guest
( or Blood Relative )illness is
considered a “ Force majeur “ reason.
Check-out before confirmed
departure
Should you
check out before the confirmed departure
date, no fee will be
charged by “ force majeur “ reasons
Otherwise,
we will charge the 15% cost of the remaining days

Accepting
these requirements you get 5% discount:
- Stays between 5th July and 20th
September 2008
- Reservation and Payment before
31st May 2008
- Cancellation Fee: 30 €
- Modifications subject to
availability without any charge.
Single Parent Family Offer
If you
travel alone with your child/children, you will get now a new discount :
50%
Reduction for 1 or 2 children under 15 years old sharing Standard Room with
1 adult.

If you stay
7 consecutive nights or more you will get the last night free of charge

Weekend & Bank
Holidays Supplements
Weekends: 25% Supplement applicable to
Friday & Saturday night only for stays under 3 nights. Stays of 3 nights or
more without supplement
Bank Holidays ( 20-24/06 and 10-14/09/2008 ) 25%
Supplement for stays under 4 nights. Stays of 4 o more nights without
supplement.
Best Rate Guarantee
Should you
find a lower price for your stay( online or travel agency ), we will refund you
100% of the difference
We require
an e-mail with the details of the offer found.
Remember: room type,
dates, number of guests and mealplan must be the same
